Write to info@navprotect.io and we will answer within one working day (Swedish time). Say which sensor and, if you can, what the app showed.

What you need

The wepnav App shows what a wepnav Sensor on board detects. To see your vessel you need a sensor and an account from your organisation. Without them, tap “Explore with demo data” on the sign-in screen to try every screen with simulated data.

When the app warns

The app does not detect, block or stop interference by itself: detection, the signed log and the alarm run on the sensor. Acknowledging an alarm means you have seen it, not that the position has been checked. Always check the position with other aids, such as radar, visual bearings or the echo sounder.

Bluetooth

Pair the sensor under Settings › Bluetooth. If the app says Bluetooth is not allowed, turn it on in the iOS Settings › wepnav. Without Bluetooth, the app reads the sensor through the wepnav service when there is a network.

Account and data

Accounts are created by your organisation. To change or delete your account, ask your administrator or write to info@navprotect.io. How we handle personal data: see the privacy policy.
